Vote for Passion Not Someone’s Career
It’s time for a Commissioner who is passionate about our area and will fight for our quality of life in Osceola County!

Our current commissioner touts about the amount of money spent on traffic solutions for Osceola County. As you can see from the map, the solutions are not predominately in District 3 though we paid 60% of all impact fees for transportation. Distric 3 has only a round-about and the 4 mile widening of Poinciana Blvd. We need an advocate for our needs.
We need to feel safe in our homes, walking, and riding bikes. Pictured here is the ambulance transporting me after I was hit by a car while in a crosswalk on Pleasant Hill Road.
In 2023 on Pleasant Hill Road, there were 940 accidents (715 reported by the Osceola County Sheriff's office and 715 reported by the Florida Highway Patrol).
After moving here, our vehicle was broken into and items stolen. We were asked if we wanted to press charges, as the assailant had been identified. This should not even be a question. We were violated. We need more than just ocassional spots checks.
Education: Graduating seniors are provided tuition to Valencia College. Is that enough? Let’s expand the program.
Parks: Zero County parks are in our District while there are 36 county parks in the rest of Osceola County. We need a County Commissioner who is an advocate for our needs not someone we have to fight for what’s right!
I recently went to a planning commission meeting due to an application for rezoning. The investor purchased property along Pleasant Hill Road which was zoned commercial. We definitely need more commercial as this would bring at least some close employment. Unfortunately, the investor wants the property zoned residential instead. This is one of the many problems we face in our district, fighting for what is needed!
There are sufficient funds available but priorities are not aligned with needs. While $75 million for a new Arts Center is nice, we struggle commuting everyday for work and school on our over crowded roadways. Transportation improvements in our District must be the priority. As you can clearly see from the shaded area on this transportation map, our District receives little in comparison to other areas throughout Osceola County. We need an advocate for our needs!
Questions go unanswered. Instead of public comment meetings conducted at a convenient time or day, they are held while most are commuting home in traffic. These meetings are held only once per month with each person only allowed three minutes to speak. Ever wonder what others speak about at these public comment meetings? Unlike regularly scheduled meetings, these are NOT recorded and Commissioners do not answer any questions.
The date will be here before we know it! It is extremely important to get the word out. Let friends and family know it's important to register to vote!
To vote in the primary for me, you must be a registered democrat. You can start voting by mail on 08/05/2024 and in person on 08/20/2024. We can do it!

District 3 in Osceola County paid 60% of the entire county impact fees, but it has ZERO county parks per Osceola County's own definitions. WHY???
Everyone needs beauty as well as bread,
Places to play in and pray in
Where nature may heal and give strength
to body and soul.
News releases were made before votes were taken.
Standard responses stating, "We are early in negotiations" were agreed
upon but timelines were already established for the sell of the Mac Overstreet Regional Park.
A Notice of Intent to Sale was already printed and the Commissioners have not yet votes.
